What you’ll be doing:

Join a team that strives to enhance operational capability across a diverse environment of functions, activities and demographics. You'll work directly with key stakeholders developing and enhancing capabilities to ensure our communities are best prepared for natural disasters. The role coordinates, develops and delivers, programs and processes to enhance the operational capabilities of the RFS, and support operational management to better protect the community from bush fire and other emergencies.


To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A drive to continuously improve service delivery across our volunteer workforce
  • Experience in developing, delivering and improving operational capabilities, including rescue
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and project delivery
