What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the smooth operation of the RFS Training Academy through hands-on facilities coordination, reception duties, and day-to-day operational support. Managing everything from room setups and accommodation to guest services and stock management, you’ll help deliver a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who comes through the Academy.

The RFS State Training Academy is a purpose-built training facility that supports the capability development of our volunteers and staff, delivering more than 150 courses each year. The site includes 124 accommodation rooms, a gym, a commercial kitchen with dining room, multiple training spaces and supporting amenities.

Our dedicated Facilities team of five works year-round to ensure the Academy runs smoothly. We take pride in delivering a high standard of service, maintaining the Academy to an exceptional level, and providing a welcoming experience during both routine operations and peak training periods.
